This is more of a recipe audio book for a long term dietary change, the type of audio book that has been missing from my adrenal fatigue library. I've attempted to listen a couple of other audio books on the subject of Adrenal Fatigue, but find that brain fog and fatigue keep me from really taking in the information or from finishing the book. Recommended!
