These are all too long for an article, and too short for a book. But they're all very important principles, and these are all concepts I think need to be linked together.

"Simple" recommendations from movement to flossing
Dan John returns simplicity and modesty to training rather than trying to make everything so fancy and difficult. Although overall fitness is not easy, it should be simple.
There is a different overall tone when a student of philosophy teaches fitness which is why I have enjoyed Dan John's books and lectures so much. I find I learn new information and hear great ways to "sell" it to clients.
