Very Little Substance

The audio book is a recital of scientific studies with very little additional substance added. I'm all for backing up your beliefs with studies, but at least add some additional information. This audio book felt a lot like someone reading a few blog posts.

Good book to help you rethink training

Matt Fitzgerald does this through science where there have been multiple studies showing the effectiveness of this training model. Essentially, the old Lydiard "Train don't strain."
