Publisher's Summary

If you have trained for two to four weeks and have not seen any progression in weight loss, fat loss, or cardiovascular capacity, then you may need to reevaluate your training. The biggest mistake someone can make is to continue his or her normal routine because that's what he or she is comfortable with. This audiobook analyzes more reasons why people generally fail to shed the pounds or get that muscular bodybuilder physique. I am certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers and have recertified successfully for more than three years as of today. My certification number is 45582. I have a passion for health and make it a discipline to work out and learn new fitness trends every day.

SHORT BUT EXTREMELY TRUE!

Who was your favorite character and why?

I would compare it to any other troubleshooting guide about fitness, except these reasons were provided by a personal trainer.

Which character – as performed by Graham Elliott Taglang – was your favorite?

He made the reasons clear to understand.
