This book is absolutely life changing. It puts the whole picture together and has you draw on your "wise self" to make decisions about food, exercise and your sense of well being. What's more important, is Rena teaches you step by step how to do this in a systematic way.
The author’s information is spot on. He explains in detail why our foods, meal timing and lack of nutrients cause us to feel unhappy, anxious and exhausted and why weight gain and poor mood often ensue. He gives the reader easy to understand protocols for determining what is at the basis of your food struggles and how to change it through food and/or supplements

Sherry S. Williams the author I love to follow. This is the best book ever written to help the heavy persons shed all the pounds you need to and fix the bad moods that effect most people in today’s society. Also great for diabetics. I highly recommend this book!! It's a life changer.
