Lowering Cholesterol

I was hoping to get any new information from this book. I have high cholesterol levels and like to balance it in a natural way, meaning food, supplements and exercise.
For 7 years now I am vegetarian, and eating very clean and healthy, so most of what he speak about is known to me, yet my cholesterol increases.
I could not find anything that can help me in this book! It most likely be of great benefit to those who do not eat clean, or never try anything to lower their cholesterol.

Great Book. . Loved the detail and experience.

Concise and to the point

I like that author was not long-winded. The book was concise and to the point. Very handy lists of foods not eat, foods to eat in moderation, top foods for lowering cholesterol, good supplements, and helpful herbs. And adding walking to the end of book was a very nice reminder of the importance of walking. Highly recommend if anyone is looking for helpful information on lowering their cholesterol.

Must read

The most simple to the point book that I ever lesson too. I lessoned to it two time in the first day. My Dr. recently put me on statin drug for three month. This is the perfect guide for me to get out of drug. I will recommend it to anyone.

This book has about as much information as you could find by googling high cholesterol. But who is the author? No medical credentials are attached.

loved it, I just wish it would have said how many milligrams of each different supplement we are supposed to take. otherwise very helpful and alot of good information. thank you
