Clinger takes a few minutes to discuss water and the benefits it has on the body (mostly per when we exercise). I can't really say that these are untold facts, but more that they are obscure or uncommon facts. Still, if you get into a position in which you will be working out or in an area where you will be sweating due to heat, you will probably want to check this book out.
Orlik coompliments CLinger quite well, and is easy to listen to. Just an FYI, the book is roughly 5 minutes in lengh, so expect straight to the point information, whith no narrative dawdling.

Yes, because all of us drink water, and I think everyone should know about the benefits of water. I'm going to be drinking more water than ever now! Thank you personal trainer Clinger!
