This book doesn't work as an audiobook. There is no way to retrieve recipes other than listen, listen again and write furiously to get ingredients and proportions down on paper
NOT a recipe book!
Caroline Miller's performance was flawless.
If Audible wants this book to be useful, they will have to provide a pdf of the recipes-- I suspect that may be a violation of copyright.

I am often up and down with diets. I get on a kick every now and again. While I do not think this would be a good one for me, it could compliment a healthy eating system.
I really enjoyed the narration by Caroline Miller. She took this generally dry material and made it very engaging. Her pace was perfect for the material. I don't listen to a lot of non-fiction but what I have heard narrated by her as been a pleasure.
If you are interested in a different type of diet this could be a winner for you.
