Very informative!!!

What made the experience of listening to Habit Ignition the most enjoyable?

Very easy to read, with loads of information - I think I am going to use mine like a workbook..that makes me very interesting..A good resource book for reprogramming your mind frame to a good habit.This book discussed the factors that enable us to determine our overall habits-thus making us aware if a certain habit needs alteration by reprogramming our mindset through setting goals...

both reading and listening this book is good but it is very much interesting to listen than reading thanks for the author to make it an audio book..

If you want to find out more about your absolute depths of the routines, read that ebook, you may be happy an individual did If you go through the rituals and tips within this book, then it will eventually pay off and make you a more productive person and learn new habits. It’s a well written, motivational guide that I highly recommend getting....

On this eBook i have discover the ways to apprehend the behavior I always wish to conversion and emphasis on the behavior that carry fantastic effects closer to your desires. Habit ignition

I am so glad I came across this book. This book is a life changer. I learned that there are different triggers that affect our lives and how our habits are formed. Now, I am able to recognize the obstacles that's affecting my life and by following the WOOP exercise I had built a happier healthier life for myself. Life has indeed been better after reading this book. Highly recommended!

Excellent book.............Habit Ignition helped me to do a self- examination by evaluating the present impact of both my good and bad habits.I pick up a lot of life changing advice from it.I am very glad to have this useful guide.I highly recommend this.......
