Pass on to another book

The story may have had some hope, then the narrator stepped in and crushed it. The tone never changes and there's no end at the end of the story.

Fast paced.

A good fast paced book. It kept my interest. The author was sure to be accurate with military lingo and tech specs

Not great but enjoyable for the reduced price I paid

Story was pretty good but narration was horrible to the point of distraction. I moved speed up to 1.25 to change her voice it was so bad.

New twist on the end of the world as we know it

I received a copy of this audio book in exchange for an honest review.I enjoyed this book and it was good to listen to a book that has a different twist on the end of the world-not the same old zombie story. The main character is very likable and her story is captivating.-I am looking forward to the next book in this series. I apologize that I am not a master at writing reviews but I want all of you to know that this book will not disappoint.

Good zombie lore

It’s an interesting take on the zombie apocalypse. But it is largely similar to every other zombie book. I didn’t relate strongly to the characters who seemed a bit 2D. And there weren’t a lot of soul searching moments or interpersonal conflicts to scope out the action scenes or drive the plot.

I received this book for free in exchange for a review. (I think... although I might have got it on sale... I lose track!)

Increase speed

I liked the storyline, but felt it could have been better if certain things were expanded on. The female lead was ok, just wish she was more kickass for a zombie apocalypse. (although they never actually use the word zombie.) The narration could use some work though. It was pretty much monotone throughout the whole book. It wasn't until the last 30 minutes I remembered I can increase the listening speed.

Overall, if you're looking for a quick read with zombies and a female lead then you might enjoy this one!

Until Morning comes

This was a really good book. Huge herds of the infected swarm and kill nearly everyone. There are pockets left on campus.Carlie is assigned to find the Presidents daughter. Lisa Beacom was a terrific narrator.I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
