Wonderful like always
This book is rank pretty high because I enjoy listening to this audio. The storyline keeps you interest in listening more about the story.
My favorite was Millie because you get to see how dreamy she is and how sassy she can get. She also stands behind what she believes in. She a courageous young lady.
For me I like how she did the other series audible and the fact it kept the same.
I laugh with Millie antics or Marcus reactions to Millie antics.
I would recommend this audible. Great to listen to and worth the money and time.
Funny and heartwarming family story!
First off I received a free copy from author for an honest review, that being said I loved this book and would recommend it to a friend. The characters are fun and memorable. This is one of my favorite regency series and it is the characters that make if so enjoyable.
There are so many memorable moments, but I think my favorite is when Millie sets aside her own disappointment and focuses all her effort on helping Jane and Roderick after the loss of their baby. I love how she takes control of the situation, especially how she starts bossing Roderick around to keep him from being melancholy.
Yes, I love Pearl Hewitt! She has narrated all of the Clearbook novels and I think that in this one she really came into her element. She has different voices for all the characters. I think I loved her narration so much due to the part where Millie gets drunk. She is hiccuping and burping and slurring her words and it sounds so real. That whole section made me laugh out loud.
I think the part in the book that moved me the most was when Jane lost her baby and Millie insisted that they couldn't give up and how she forced them to stay positive thorough out the whole story.
