Publisher's Summary

Sequel to The Art of Breathing.
Family is not always defined by blood. It's defined by those who make us whole - those who make us who we are.
And here, at the end, Bear and Otter will be tested like they've never been before.
There's a knock at the door from a little girl who has nowhere else to go.
There's a phone ringing, bringing news they do not expect.
There's a brother returning home after learning how to stand on his own.
As these moments converge, all of their lives will change forever.
Beginning in Bear, Otter, and the Kid and continuing in Who We Are and The Art of Breathing, TJ Klune has told a saga of family and brotherhood, of love and sacrifice. In this final chapter, the events of the past pave the long and winding road toward a future no one could have imagined.

I have been waiting for the audible version...did not disappoint

I have listened/read to all episodes of BOTK and I love Sean Crisden as a narrator. I could not wait to hear his rendition and I was sooo excited to find out that the final episode was soon to be released. Excellent narration and excellent storytelling. So worth the credit

Bittersweet

I have laughed out loud and cried uncontrollably throughout the series. The final story was all that I hoped it would be. TJ is amazing. I don’t know how he manages to write characters that make you feel like you know them personally, it truly is gift. I read more than I probably should so I definitely know what I’m talking about. Thank you. The narration was overall done well with the a few exceptions. Otter and Creed were spot on. When you feel you know Bear, the depth of his voice was not right and the Kid never seemed to become the man that he was in the end. Overall though I enjoyed it, I never had a problem knowing when the characters changed. I would recommend this journey.

Magnificent series finale and read from Sean...

Another superlative audio narration from Sean, and all the stars for this, the last read in the BOATK series. I didn't plan to make this my first finished read/listen of 2018, but what can I say...that's just how things worked out. One of my top 15 fave reads of 2017 [and as a series, for me definitely up there with Cut & Run and all of my other absolute fave series], this audio narration will take some beating this year...I already know that. His characterised voices are superb, I cried real tears, laughed my head off several times [Bear's off-topic rants were amazing] and Otter Thompson, I am going to miss you so damn much!!
