entertaining but for the end
Enjoyable romantic novel, the author delivers what is expected of this genre. However, I had some troubles with the end: Even though you know what’s going to happen, the story comes to such an abrupt end that I initially thought my iPod skipped a chapter!
Narration is OK.

High - Really enjoyable and a feel good book for rainy days
What other book might you compare The Honeymoon Hotel to, and why?
Vintage Girl is another book from the same author, with some great descriptive passages and again makes you smile in all the right places
Have you listened to any of Jessica Anne Ball’s other performances? How does this one compare?
This was enjoyable
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Rosie's realisation in the ballroom after the New Year's Eve party - quite magical
Any additional comments?
A really nice feel-good book that is ideal for a time when you need a lift.

Extremely predictable but exquisite detail
The story was extremely predictable, it would be nice to have chick lit which didn't feature a romance for the heroine, just a happy healthy relationship in the background. However the descriptions of the setting were exquisite and the characters very funny and relatable. The performance was also wonderful, the perfect voice for the story.
