Publisher's summary

In The Englisher, by acclaimed New York Times best-selling author Beverly Lewis, 20-year-old Annie Zook tries to reconcile her Amish heritage with the wholesome love of an "Englisher".

After a painting triggers strange memories, Ben Martin comes to Paradise, Pennsylvania, in search of answers. Although Annie and this enchanting outsider are from different worlds, she wonders why Ben's kindness seems so familiar and his presence so calming to her - and to the troubled husband of her best friend.

Story

I loved the story so very much. Each of the characters in the story I felt like I knew each one like they would be just dear old friends.
