What the Critics Say

"A chillingly real psychological drama that had me in a total reading frenzy. I absolutely loved it." (Lisa Jewell)
"A brilliant and skillfully plotted depiction of the unexpected breakdown of a friendship between two couples, with one of the most chilling twists I've read in a long time. I couldn't put it down." (Louise Millar)

The opposite of a feel good book...

I had no problem finishing the book, because it moved along at a decent pace, and I wanted to know what happened next, and in the end. But having said that, most of the book is just listening to people argue and complain, and because of that, I can't recommend it.

Slow start, but great book

The story started off slow, but I stuck with it because the reviews were so good. I'm happy I did finish because the twist was unexpected! I wish Hannah and Josh weren't so nice all the time, because Sasha really got on my nerves. All in all, it was a good book. If you're like me and need to be hooked right away, stick with it, it's gets better!
