Multi faceted story love intrigue and a little crime

This is the first book I’ve read by this author I listen to it because it’s narrated by Michelle Babb and I’m a huge Michelle Babb fan. This story had a lot going on - not in a negative way just a little different than some plot lines I’m used to. By the end I was fully engaged I found the found the story resolution very well done. The narrator turned in another great performance.

I always recommend Michelle as an aerator and I think I would give Mariana Williams stories another read as well.

sidesplittng fun

This plays out like a comedy of errors, and it was total entertainment! Man problems, dog problems, scams, friends, reunion with estranged son. A plethora of situations and ways to elude them. There's never downtime or a dull moment in this fast paced uproariously amusing story. Loved it. I voluntarily listened to a free copy of this and am giving an honest review. The narrator did a fantastic job.

Great storyline!

This story is well written and narrated. I found the story to be very entertaining. This story has intrigue, mystery, some romance, and manipulation. I feel that the end just ended to Abruptly, but it’s still a good book.
I recommend this audiobook.
The narrator does a great job with the characters and the voices for each different character. She is someone that I will be adding to my favorites list. She does fabulous accents.

Never a dull moment.

This book kept me entertained because it never held a dull moment. The storyline and characters are relatable and believable. Michelle Babb does it again with her phenomenal narrative and voices. I loved listening to how the characters developed throughout the story and how the story kept pace. I highly recommend this book. This is my honest opinion and review.

Super fun!

Ok I truly enjoyed this story. The guys were great and I was sad...cause I really liked hippee Bob! This is a fun story to hear and the narrator does it well.

Hopefully complete fiction

It’s like a hot mess of bad decisions, overreactions, and awkwardness. It gives that “wait…what, no, stupid, do NOT go in there” vibe throughout the whole book. On the good side, it’ll make you feel better about your own life.

I just really enjoyed listening about Veronica's latest adventures, I can't wait for the next book! Will She ever really find true love? I'm pulling for Jack, He's the one I'd pick
Michelle did a great job narrating the book just the Australian accent was not good. But once they left Australia and went to the US it was great.

Cute, fun story with one or two little curiosities

This is a really cute story that can probably be best described as "a few weeks in the life of Veronica" spiced with some elements of mystery and suspense. But really, we're primarily diving into the world, life and mind of the protagonist, as she navigates her life between work struggles (like having that great contract but kiiiind of slacking to get it done), being talked into doing something that you don't even get paid for, falling for a summer fling while still in another secret fling.... I enjoyed listening to it.

Michelle Babb is doing a lovely job with her narrations - her quirky, exasperated or distraught characters are especially adorable :) Recommend!
