Enjoyable story

Kelton always keeps me interested and this book was no exception. I like the way he develops his characters. I inevitably feel like I am riding along with his cowboys. Guidall is a great narrator and I enjoy his characters' voices.

I liked Smiling Country better.

It would have been better without the cursing. I liked Smiling country and Hewey Holloway character in that book.
