Publisher's summary

Sister Girls 2 will catch you up with some old characters and introduce you to the new.

Feeling unfulfilled professionally and looking for a higher purpose, Elsie has decided to leave her law firm and start a nonprofit organization. Even while faithfully attending church, she struggles between the desires of the flesh and her spirituality. She also reconnects with an old friend who may change the course of her life forever.

Faith, the newly hired therapist of the organization, is married to Raheem, a self-made millionaire who controls Faith by reminding her that "without me, you would be nothing." Grateful for the lifestyle he provides and the support he offered during her addiction, Faith puts up with more than the average wife would. She will need to learn what's more important, her dignity or stability.

Harmony, a young mother with three baby daddies, attends workshops at the organization. She's tired of living in the hood and barely surviving. She's ready to let go of her promiscuous past, make changes in her life, and better herself. Her first step is finding out who the father of her first child is. Will her journey strengthen or destroy her current relationship?

And rounding out the cast of characters is Pastor Bella Gold. While guiding others, she tries to come to terms with her past and her secret shame. Will she succeed or resign from the pulpit? Whether forced to make changes in their lives by circumstance or choice, the women in this story discover their true selves and learn about their own power.

like the stories but not narrator

I do like the addition to the new characters, however I don't like the male voice. He has the same tone for each male making it sound like the same person.

Too much…

Book 1 was enjoyable could’ve stopped there. Book 2 is all over the place to many new characters 💁🏽‍♀️.

Excellent Insight

This was a very insightful and inspirational story from beginning to end. A lot of cliffhangers but Im sure will not be., because there are a lot that is going on in the story. Still A Good Read Though. Hoping For Next Installment. ReneeG

Part Two Delivers

After the first book I was hesitant to listen to part two!
However after I started to listen the storyline and storytelling became even more interesting!!!
Loving the way the #Author painted vivid pictures and with narration of #I KANE
IT'S ANOTHER CLASSIC

Narrators voice

I HATE the soft, airy, breathy way this narrator does her females voices. They always sound fake or on the edge of an emotional breakdown. Especially Elsie. Other than that, good story.

Great Story

I can appreciate how Elise steps out on her own. The characters are developed and the story is well written.
