Great Story! Bad Narration!

If you could sum up Ruby in three words, what would they be?

Girls innocence taken

What was one of the most memorable moments of Ruby?

How each place was described. I felt like I was there looking at it with her.

What didn’t you like about Barbara Rosenblat’s performance?

Too old for the book. You can actually hear her taking breaths and swallowing and even can hear her move her saliva around in her mouth. She shouldn't be narrating books.

If you could rename Ruby, what would you call it?

I don't think I would. Ruby is perfect.

Any additional comments?

I love this series and have read the books over and over. I'm really not trying to be mean when describing the narrator, but it almost caused me to stop listening to this book that I love. I would like to see a better matched voice for the series. The voice was way to old for the teenage girl, Ruby.

Loved the narration

Despite what the others say I really thought the narrator brought the book to life. I was able to really get lost in the story and felt I was there. The only thing that I didn't like was I could here the narrator swallow and I have a pet peeve of hearing people eat chew or swallow and maybe it was more noticeable because I had earphones on? Other than that I loved the book and the narration! I wish audible had other books from the Landry series
