Wild, crazy and chilling.

This book is wild and twisted, in the best kind of way, kind of like something Rob Zombie would think up but not make a movie about because there is not quite enough blood and maiming. Wild characters and plotlines keep this story flowing, and David Quimby does a good job bringing the characters to life.

I was given a copy of this book free of charge by the author, narrator or publisher in exchange for an honest review through Audiobook Boom.

More gore than horror

I did not enjoy this. I am not afraid of gore, I do not shy away from something just because it's gross.
This book was listed as "extreme horror" but there was hardly "horror" except maybe "horrific" situations and "horrible" writing...
It wasn't for me personally, because it was like reading the dream diary of a serial killer and his fantasies of what he'd like to do to people.

I am in no way saying that nobody would like this book, but be aware that you are getting not a scary horror book, but a book that simple uses gore for shock value. The writing style isn't great, either, so it didn't even have that redeeming quality.

If you love gore, you may like this. But even if you like gore, you may not walk away entertained. It was just gross, not entertaining.

This audiobook was given to me for free in exchange for an honest review by Audioboom.
