Peaceful Tales - three lighthearted stories that are designed to help you fall asleep quickly and naturally. All YOU need to do is lie back, close your eyes, and listen. What could be easier? Remember being read to sleep as a child? Wasn't it one of your favorite things? Well, who says you have to be a kid for it to work? Not me.
These soothing, fanciful tales will allow you to relax and transport yourself to another place, a peaceful place. They are gentle stories written intentionally without conflict.
I have suffered from sleepless nights most of my life - until now. With your mind focused on something positive and peaceful, you can allow yourself to drift off. I like to call them "mini vacations for the mind." You can also use them as your "happy place" whenever the need arises. I use them at the dentist office.

Listening to these fanciful, original stories in the author's own soothing voice, definitely transports you to that zone of enjoyment when falling asleep. It's very hard to write a review since it's hard to stay awake! Kind of the opposite of what most authors would want to hear, but for Bonnie O'Neill I imagine this means success. All I can say is, it works!
I found myself relaxing and getting lulled to sleep comfortably and most importantly...naturally. No pills, teas, drops or sprays....just her sweet voice that brings one back to your mom, grandmother, or favorite aunt reading you bedtime stories as a kid. There's something so comforting about that alone. The rhythm of how her tales ebb and flow gives you moments to just drift off or actually fall asleep.
Bonnie O'Neill has created that perfectly elusive balance, through her images and characters, of not being too boring so that you might not want to listen again, while calming you down enough not to keep you awake or anxious from having to know what happens next. I'm not aware of anyone else accomplishing this before, short of hypnotism.
