When a detective searches for clues to help solve the case of a man who kills women with knives, she ends up utilizing an old book and the information in it, plus notes to her that the serial killer has written, and scriptures within the old book itself. It all comes to a head when she faces the killer, who only wants to end it all, either for himself or her, by playing a game of Russian Roulette.
