Chesapeake 1880

I enjoyed the book having spent time on the Chesapeake as a youngster. The voices of the reader help with the feel of the words read. Also, you might want to read , Chesapeake 1850.

Place names mispronounced!

Would you be willing to try another one of Paul J. McSorley’s performances?

Learn how to correctly pronounce place names and other words, such as, Anne Arundel, Magothy, Gaithersburg, Aquia. Very annoying to someone from the area to hear the names butchered.
