Louis L'Amour is my favorite Western writer. Erik Singer does a wonderful job narrating the book. Hope that you enjoy it as much as I did!

Not one of the L'amour's formulaic hits but good

Many of Louie Lamour's classic westerns are somewhat formulaic. Funny though, I still like them all. This one is different and shows a father's love for his son and a desire to teach him the right way. This book is also about 60% of the length of his normal epics.
