Publisher's Summary

Welcome to the fast-paced, high-stakes world of Rasheed, an antihero you'll love to hate, much like Scarface. Caught up in a game of fast money, faster women, and a hustler's dream, Rasheed's secrets and lies threaten to sever his alliance with his baby's mother, Michelle.
Trapped in an emotional whirlwind of sex, love, and mistrust, Michelle attempts to hold the threads of their lives together. With the passing of each day, their bond unravels further, forcing Michelle closer to a decision to either confront the reality that is her life or suffer in silence.
Once she makes her decision, some bitter and surprising cards are dealt to her son's father. Now Michelle is finally looking forward to leading a normal, quiet family life. However, there is nothing quiet about the secret lives people around her are leading. Michelle finds herself drawn in by the allure of her budding real estate career, catering to the likes of models and basketball players and enjoying the sex-fueled spoils of the rich and shameless lifestyle. This only highlights the unsettling fact that her marriage and home life aren't as picture perfect as she once imagined. When things begin to fall apart and fingers start pointing, it leads her down a dark and dangerous path. Her present is united with a past that could potentially destroy everything.
Will the lies, secrets, twists, and turns of life prevent this baby momma from achieving her goals and living out the life she dreamed of?

Confused! Disappointed! False Synopsis!! Ugh!!

This isn't the worst book I've listened to but it could indeed be MUCH BETTER. The synopsis doesn't really fit the book well at least not the part about Michelle's career and dealing with the rich and shameless. When did she cater to the likes of basketball players and models? I'm confused. MICHELLE WASN'T MARRIED TO ANYONE! Her friend purposed at the end of the story. Either this is missing a few chapters, which I highly doubt, or the synopsis is false just to draw the reader in. Disappointed!!! Honey Jones is the only reason I finished this book. AN EXCELLENT NARRATOR

What would have made Baby Momma better?

If the book would've stuck to one story and plot it would've been better. This book was all over the place, the author tried to have so many twists and turns and plots that the book is rushed. It was one plot after another meaning none of the plots were ever developed. the characters weren't developed either.

Has Baby Momma turned you off from other books in this genre?

I still like this genre but I will not get anything else written by this author

How did the narrator detract from the book?

the narrator can read but she just kept taking awkward pauses

What reaction did this book spark in you? Anger, sadness, disappointment?

nothing I just couldn't wait for it to be over and mad that I wasted a credit

Any additional comments?

develop your characters more, don't try and have 50 plots in one book, stick to one story line and develop it, the books was so far fetched
