Publisher's Summary

He’s all wrong for her, but nothing has ever felt so right…
After surviving a traumatic event at age fifteen and the ensuing estrangement from her family, Natalie Bryant has worked for years to reinvent herself into the woman she is today—a happy teacher fresh out of college and enjoying her first winter in New York City with her faithful dog, Fluff, by her side. Natalie isn’t expecting her life to change completely during a routine stroll through Greenwich Village on a blustery January day. But when Fluff breaks loose and charges into a park, Natalie gives chase and crashes into her destiny. Only after Fluff bites and draws blood from the man who accidentally knocked Natalie down does she realize Fluff has bitten the biggest movie star in the world.
Natalie captivates Flynn Godfrey from the first moment their eyes meet while she is lying on the ground and he’s fighting off her ferocious little beast of a dog. The only thing Flynn knows for certain is if he lets Natalie get away, he’ll regret it for the rest of his life. After only a short time in her presence, Flynn is prepared to change who he is to be what she needs. He knows he’s in big trouble when she says she won’t sleep with him and he doesn’t care if it means he gets to keep her in his life. But can he turn his back on the lifestyle that has defined him? Can he deny the desires that drive him to give Natalie the introduction to love and romance she so deserves? And most of all, can he keep his truth hidden from her long enough to have forever with her?
Join Flynn and Natalie in their three-part story: VIRTUOUS, VALOROUS and VICTORIOUS. From New York to Los Angeles, from Hollywood to Las Vegas, Flynn and Natalie’s whirlwind love affair has it all—romance, passion, relentless paparazzi and a murder that could be their undoing. PLEASE NOTE: VIRTUOUS and VALOROUS contain cliffhangers before Flynn and Natalie’s story concludes in VICTORIOUS

I haven't listened to any of this Author's books by her other name of Marie Force but after this captivating, addictive and unstoppable listen, which lost me a night's sleep, I'll be checking them out. The Publisher's Summary pretty much sums up the storyline and all you can do is hold on and listen to a beautiful story that has a very very sexually damaged Natalie literally falling at the feet of Flynn who's a handsome, successful movie star with the title of Sexiest Man Alive who sees the innocence and normality in Natalie and, like a refreshing change of pace, her rarity calls to him. But, as they fall head over heels, Flynn's plagued with doubts about his secret BDSM life choice and teeters back and forth about which love he should or could give up.

It's a totally unrealistic Cinderella type whirlwind romance and I loved every minute of it, couldn't stop listening as his patience, thoughtfulness and sexual pull eventually had Natalie (and me) panting for more more more. And, as the dreaded cliffhanger exploded and chaos took the place where happiness once lived, I know the wait to hear answers and revelations will be blissfully short.... just one week, then one week for the finale.... genius!

Dual POV's, no problems with the dual narrators who did a great job in portraying a skittish Schoolteacher with secrets and a haunting past and an Actor who's humbled and is trying to follow his heart rather than his libido.

Worth a credit? If you're a romance lover who can stray from the path of realism and you're not shocked at hot sex and would enjoy Flynn's erotic BDSM dreams where he's introducing Natalie to his preferred sexual lifestyle then you'll be rewarded with a trilogy that's going to be filled with drama, angst, passion, heartache, romance, the promise of hot sex and who knows what else. Yes this is creditworthy and I've already preordered the other two books in this trilogy while they're on sale at under $10 each IMO that's a bargain not to be missed.

5 stars all the way

That was one of the most intense, stressful, hot, sinful, sweet, lovable 9 hours of my Audible life.

I don't do synopsis when I review, I only write how the books made me feel and how the performance was. I can honestly say that this book is worth a credit, the money, whatever you have to do to start listening now. And the performance aspect was stellar. These narrators were the perfect choice.

Yes, it is over the top and completely unrealistic. You won't walk away thinking this could happen in real life, but when an author can take a completely unrealistic situation and still make you believe, you've got something special. Kudos!

Would you try another book written by M.S. Force or narrated by Cooper North and Brooke Bloomingdale ?

No, I'll never buy another book written by Force - this one was one too many.

Has Virtuous put you off other books in this genre?

I don't think Force's book belongs in this genre. There was nothing sexy or erotic about it whatsoever. It was childish in the extreme.

What didn’t you like about Cooper North and Brooke Bloomingdale ’s performance?

North's voice was tolerable, if not too soft, but Bloomingdale's performance was nauseating – her voice read like a 12-year-old.

Any additional comments?

Don't waste your money. This may be a book, but it's no story.
