Publisher's Summary

Charlotte reached down to finger herself as she watched him, feeling how wet she was, how much she wanted this. Paul gave her a warm smile and moved over her again, pressing in with a soft moan.

Pleasantly surprised

I received this book as an ARC for an honest review; and I have to say that when I first started it I thought it was going to be a 1 star. I immediately got the impression I'd made a mistake. But, I kept listening and actually, the story was good. It was very short, but didn't feel incomplete. I was pleasantly surprised by the story itself.

The narration wasn't bad, but it lacked any real depth. So, that was somewhat of a drawback. It felt more like being read to. And, I started to feel like the characters talking about running for their lives would sound the same way they'd talk about eating dessert. There just was no change in tone with whatever was going on. BUT, it wasn't bad. I couldn't even say distracting. And, I was able to enjoy it and finish it.
