favorite of the series

Fell in love with book 1 and 3 but this was my favorite so far! It's not as dirty in the sex department as the others but it was a nice break in the series!

Loved It

I read alot of the reviews and I am a little disappointed. When reading a series of books extending to different characters why would you want all of the characters to possess the same characteristics? I loved it, it was a nice break from all the "crazy" sex with a great story line.

I highly recommend listening!!

I love Conner-he's a stand up guy

What does Caroline Wintour bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She gives each character their own voice. She is fantastic.

Any additional comments?

Some complain it is not a realistic storyline....come on! This is a fun book about a bodyguard protecting a 'flawed' pop star. As with all the Sweet Series, adult themes and language. One of my favorite in the series.

What happened???

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

It was just OK. After the previous books leading up to this one, especially book 4, let's face it I was expecting "more than ordinary". This book is just ordinary. Maybe even plain boring.

Would you be willing to try another book from Maya Banks? Why or why not?

Of course. I've enjoyed too many of her books not to try another one.

Which scene was your favorite?

The pool party was a hoot.

I would probably pass on this book. It's just not interesting enough for me, even though I LOVED all the previous books in the series.

Funny sweet and romantic with a splash intensity.

Would you consider the audio edition of Sweet Possession to be better than the print version?

I loved the series best of all because it was just a man who knows how to treat his woman and only wanted her even though she was plump and fiesty. The author writing was exceptional I felt like I was watching a movie and drinking a Cosmo. Great way to update the other chrachters and add the addition of new ones.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Connor and Kane. Tough men who don't take the bullcrap. Lyric was stronger than I thought. After her confession's I wanted to hold her to.

Have you listened to any of Caroline Wintour’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

This one was less erotic but good because the earlier books are very kinky. But if you like gang bangs this book isn't for you. This book is a true love story about a man who lost his sh*t over a woman his woman. I love the relationship that Lyric had with his friends it made me ache for the same.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Yes you will laugh and cry this book brings up the topic of sexual abuse of a child very riveting.

The picture on the front of the women could look more like the main character.

Connor and Lyric's story was amazing I absolutely loved it. Connor is so sweet and you can't help but fall for him. I have read all the books in the Sweet Series and now I'm listening to all the audiobooks and I can say that I love them just as much. if you are looking for a good read this book and series then this I highly recommend. Also add the whole series to your collection and read from the beginning it's much better that way.

Good listen

This was a good story with 2 seemingly strong characters and I guess in way they are. Connor is exactly what Lyric needs if neither of them wants to admit it, but sometimes as in this case life makes you own up in one way or another.

Love Conner - Love the "girls"

The story and vanilla sex is this story worked for me. But what really worked for me was when all five Sweet Series women got together. The pool scene was a huge LOL for me. Ms. Banks - please keep them coming.
