His cunning manipulation of Karen gradually eats away at her resistance. Her confidence is soon shattered. And she's no longer the vivacious young cheerleader, but the epitome of Michael's obsession.

jumps around

pay very close attention listening to this book. it jumps around a lot in my opinion and hard to keep up. the way this ends there should be another book to finish the story.

A Convoluted Mess

The book started out interesting, but ended abruptly. The conclusion did not conclude the story. It was not a cliffhanger because there is no book to follow this hot mess.
