Publisher's Summary

Some people forget that there are other aspects to sex other than the physical activities that take place in the bedroom. Sure, sex can form some sort of bond between two individuals, but without the other components, it will seem as if it were just two individuals that happened to meet and had the same thing on their minds at the time.
That is why so many relationships fail. The couple fails to communicate effectively and also to be understanding or cognizant of each other's needs. There is also the lack of support and other things.
That is what Sex Tips for Couples: His and Her Guide on Sex and Romance for Couples concentrates. The author provides practical information that is easy to implement by those that have an interest in saving their relationship. The audiobook also highlights the fact that there is a lot of emotions involved in the process, and as such, things needs to be approached in a specific manner.
This is a must-have for any individual who wants to get into a long term relationship or for a couple that wants to not only preserve but maintain what they have for the long term. The advice is simple and is conveyed in a similar manner.

Do not be fooled, there is no sex in this book

Would you try another book from Karen Boulder and/or Heather Jane Hogan?

Never.

Has Sex Tips for Couples turned you off from other books in this genre?

Yes.

Did Heather Jane Hogan do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?

There was just the narrator.

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Sex Tips for Couples?

The entire book is a waste.

Any additional comments?

There is no mention of actual sex, just an outdated view of marriage in general. The title and cover page are meant to fool buyers.

Doesn't focus on the subject matter

Would you say that listening to this book was time well-spent? Why or why not?

This book starts off fine, but quickly trails off into relationship advice. Now, I understand the interworkings of sex and the state of your relationship, but for over 50% of the book, the word "sex" is barely spoken. Too little Dr. Emily Morse, too much Dr. Phil.

Was Sex Tips for Couples worth the listening time?
