STORY
Fortunately, I received a free copy of this book in audiobook format in exchange for my review. I say, "fortunately" because I would have been very frustrated if I had paid for this book! It's not an awful book yet I did not obtain the information I expected based on the title. In my opinion, a better title for this book would be something about helping woman achieve orgasm. This book does provide a plethora of tips on how a woman can increase the likelihood of having an orgasm yet I didn't find a lot of information on how to obtain multiple or serial orgasms.

I often find nonfiction books to be painfully dry and dull so I was relieved to find this book easy to listen to. This might have been due to the fact that Ms. Fitzgerald kept this book brief; maybe I simply didn't have time to become bored?!? Although it's fabulous to find a non-fiction book that is condensed and to the point, sometimes important information is omitted in an effort to keep words or page numbers to a minimum. For example, Fitzgerald shared that massaging the skin between the anal opening and the vagina can result a climax yet, "in some cases, a little more effort may be required". By, "more effort"what does she mean by that? Is she suggesting women spend a lengthier amount of time massaging this area or is she saying more pressure needs to be used?

For women like myself who have had decades of sexual experience, there may not be a lot of new information to learn from this book. Hopefully women like myself will learn or discover at least 1 new tip or fact - I did! I personally had never even heard of the "anterior fornix erotic zone", quite possibly because it's not something I'll ever find! According to Ms. Fitzgerald the anterior fornix erotic zone, "can sometimes be elusive". If it's even more elusive than the G spot, I don't see a need to spend even a minute trying to locate it! This is just a personal opinion though; hopefully other listeners will learn a lot and benefit from the information included in this book.

Most of the time I was impressed by Ms. Fitzgerald's creative use of varying terminology. For example, she does not use the word ORGASM, VAGINA or any one word excessively. However, I felt that she went a bit too far at times, using terms that didn't quite fit the context. For example, I laughed out loud when Ms. Fitzgerald explains how manipulating the G spot, "… could easily lead to the second event in a series of pinnacles". I understand what Ms. Fitzgerald was trying to say by using the word PINNACLES but, well....she kind of missed the mark. Personally, I also don't believe the word, "easy"
should ever be in the same sentence as, "G spot" but that's just my opinion!

PERFORMANCE:
I have listened to several books narrated by Lia Langola and have consistently been impressed by her performances! While recording this audiobook, Ms. Langola's tone of voice was consistently level and steady, never exuding too much or too little emotion. Ms. Langola has obviously honed her craft, proving yet again in this performance that she is the ideal narrator for this genre.
