Selena the Witch
Selena is attacked by a vampire on her way home from work. Dominic saves her. He takes her to his home to train her to defend herself. There she finds out she is a witch. He goes to work with her the next night to protect her in case the vampire shows up again since he has her scent. The book just stops before they get back to Dominic's house to get down and dirty so I assume there is another book.
Lynn Barrington did a great job with the narration. I received this free copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

Felt like an excerpt, not a full story
While I enjoyed this audiobook (intriguing story, good narration), I dropped a couple stars because it wasn’t really a short story. Felt more like an excerpt or single chapter of a book. I expected a self-contained short story, since the description didn’t indicate otherwise, so it left me wanting closure. Now I have to see if I can get the rest of the story somewhere...

Too short
The book has potential but so much missing. Reads like a narrative for a much longer story. What happens next?? More detail on relationship??? What happens with the vampire? Her training?
