She explains what the new drug can and can't do. It's not for people looking for a Viagra-type boost when having casual sex. It's also not for those already infected with the AIDS virus. Where does it work? Those uninfected but at high risk will be good candidates, and also, surprisingly, this new treatment may be helpful for married couples if one partner is infected.
