This book was a little rushed, if the author would have expanded a little more it would be a 5 star. But still a GREAT book, if you like SEALS that like hot sex.

Very hot!!!

Only thing I didn’t agree with was the disrespect the heroine had for the hero in the beginning when she arrived at the condo. Stating what he could and couldn’t do. It was his home she was the guest. Overall great story.

A Taboo romance

Nixon and Avery are step-siblings who live together while Nixon is home on leave. Avery has no interest in Nixon until she catches him in a compromising position. Nixon wants Avery and a no strings attached relationship. Nixon is a true hero being in the Navy Seals. Avery has a strong personality. It works for them. But will Nixon be able to keep his nonchalant attitude about their relationship going? I was not sure how I would feel about siblings, even though they were step-siblings having a relationship. But Ava Jackson explains the family dynamics so well, it was a non-issue. This was a quick, Steamy and fun listen.

Lia Langola narrates this story. I really enjoy listen to anything Ms Langola narrates. Her sultry voice and ability to do amazing male voices, creates Nixon exactly as I imagined him. Ms Langola narrates Avery's sass, and attitude to bring her character to life. Ms. Langola outs the steam in those hot scenes with her wonderful narration.

Nixon

I loved this story! It flows so well together, gets your emotions all jacked up, and has you panting for more! Ava Jackson is brilliant, and I don't think anybody could have pulled it off as well as Lia Langola.

I received a free copy for an honest review, which I have given, from the narrator. so glad I was given this opportunity, and hope to be able to listen to more from her!

What does Lia Langola bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Lia brings this book to life. I have listened to other books that she has narrated and have never been disappointed. She brings the characters to life and she doesn't just read the book, she seems to put herself into the characters.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Absolutely I couldn't go to bed till I was done..

So Hot and Juicy!

This story does not disappoint... it has a great story line, sexy, relatable characters and romance too! There is a playful element that takes it to near perfection. I loved everything about it. This one grabs your heart and mind and pulls you in. This is my fist book by Ava Jackson and I am now a huge fan! Lia Langola is awesome with the narration. She does both male and female voices so well. Her performance is stellar. It does not get any better than this story in this form. Perfection!

So much more than I expected!!!

I really enjoyed this book. The characters were very likable, the relationship was real and the sex was hot! I like a love story that starts with a little anger/arguing and ends with true love! Nixon is a navy SEAL that can cook...HELLO...dream man. Avery is his step-sister (not really) that he barely knows but is attracted to. When they become roommates he comes off like a typical man whore but quickly shows that he is honest and trust worthy. This book was so much more than the title implies, actual if I had to pick one thing I didn't like that would be the title because it doesn't fit this love story IMHO.

Lia Langola was awesome narrating this book. She does a great job with the male voices, instead of trying to have a deep voice that isn't natural, she just uses a slightly lower tones and it works wonderfully. I will be adding her to my "narrators to watch for" list!

Steamy Seal story

I love a man in uniform and this was a steamy hot romance. The story was good but I wish there would have been more detail and history on the main characters. Also think the story could have been longer in general, but overall enjoyed the chemistry between the lead characters. Narrator did a great job, has a nice sultry voice.

Nixon's is all I have to say!!

I loved Ford story but Nixon was just the best! Avery and Nixon had great chemistry...

Hot, steamy and full of passion would be best describe this novel Avery and Nixon are not what you .would call the typical stepbrother and stepsister. Avery is in her last year of college and Nixon is on leave from the Navy.
