Publisher's Summary

She pulled him up into a lip-locked kiss, nodding when she felt his cock brush against her, touch questioning.
He entered her and made her feel full. She hadn't even seen him put on the condom, and she had never been better prepared for sex than she was that evening. Months of pressure she hadn't even begun to suspect was building up inside her was let loose, every muscle relaxed and ready to follow the steady rhythm their bodies fell into as naturally as sleep. Later, she would marvel that she had entirely forgotten....

Love after War Stars

This wasn't what I was expecting, I am not really sure what I was expecting but I am super happy I read this book. It was different yet kept me hooked.

Ida home from the war, all she wants to do is walk again. After and explosion that took both her feet she wants nothing more than to walk again.

Abe, maker of robotics comes to her with legs. He is a little cute, a whole lot nerdy and he sees something in Ida that she hasn't or won’t see in herself.
This romance was awesome, kick butt and totally heart melting. I worthy read for dang sure.

Again I am a fan of this narrator she did a wonderful job bring this story to life. I would defiantly listen to more by her.

Cool Twist on Military/Billionaire Romance

Ida is a soldier who lost part of her legs in combat and is now home, unable to walk and finding difficulty in getting a working plan together to get ambulatory in a way that does not require further amputation. When she is presented with an option from Abetech for robotic prosthetic prototypes, she's a bit skeptical but willing to give it a try. Abe, the CEO and founder of Abetech is (of course) smokin' hot, BUT he's a bit of an aloof, insensitive clod at first impression, but he then displays some geeky charm and humor, along with the aforementioned hotness, and Ida manages to get past it. ;) There's a bit of danger and action to round out this great listen.

I really liked that Ida was kind of a badass and that she could be strong without lording her badassness over Abe or any other gender-competitive BS. I especially LOVE it when a short story is also a complete story that flows well, without feeling too rushed and with no cliffhanger. YEA!!

Theresa Stephens is a great narrator. Her performance had the right inflection, pronunciation and emotion and was delivered with a natural cadence that enhanced and complemented the writing.

I received this audiobook in exchange for an unbiased review.
