I would have fled from an arranged marriage also!

Wow!! I am told that this Ms Rose's first book. After listening to the audiobook, I appreciate the indepth characters created, plus the interesting story line, with a couple of added twists.
A young woman is told that the king has decreed that she was to wed the man that defeated and killed her father and brothers, in battle.
She, fled only to be rescued, after she had just killed a man that was trying to rape her. You need to hear (or read) the rest of this medieval tale for yourself.
