One of my favorite books

Edge of the Enforcer is a book I have read and re-read at least 2 dozen times, its on of my favorites. I am currently sick and can't focus on my kindle so I turned to an old favorite in audio form for comfort. Unfortunately, Wen Ross's narration drove me batty. While it didn't ruin the story I am so familiar with it certainly didn't bring any texture or colour that other audio versions of treasured books have.

Excellent!!!

Absolutely loved this book!!! The performance was great. I'd love to find my own Zander one day.. But he has to have this wonderful voice!! The story was excellent held my interest all the way.. And enough hot stuff to fuel dreams!! Thanks for the fun!!

Wonderful

I loved this! DeVries is a hard ass sadist and Lindsey is a gentle girl with a lot to hide. She is wonderful. I loved her whole personality and her story is excellent. Together, they are a great couple. I wouldn't have expected them to work as she is not a masochist, but they get past that. Rather creatively,I might add. They are both haunted by their pasts, but neither one lets it get them down. The final resolution was well done and I am glad the bad guys got what they deserved. Now, my only complaint. The author has turned Logan into a major WUSS!! A totally whipped Dom. Is every Dom going to crumble because they're going to be a parent? Please! That was disappointing. But other than that, a solid addition to the Masters of Dark Haven!

Sweet and Heart-Warming

I loved Lindsey and DeVries journey. It's awesome when someone who is a total badass turns into a mushy sweetheart. I loved every moment of their story even the suspense and drama added in. This was such a wonderful story and so heart-warming for me. I loved getting to hear Kai and Wen give the story that extra bit of life they always add to anything they narrate.

Love the story - the narrators? Not so much.

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Cherise Sinclair is an auto-buy for me but you have to be willing to listen to narrators who don't add anything to the story.

Would you be willing to try another one of Kai Kennicott and Wen Ross ’s performances?

I really don't care for these narrators. I don't know which is the male narrator, but the voices he uses for the characters are AWFUL. His accent as Xavier, makes this character sound like a bad actor playing Dracula.

Wonderful Story!

I love BDSM and these stories are wonderful to read and listen to. They have all the feels.

The Mercenary and the Murderer

I wasn't really a fan of deVries in the prior novel, so I didn't expect to love this audiobook as much as I did. I actually had a book hangover afterwards and didn't want to start a new book and leave these characters behind. I should have known I'd fall in love with these characters, though. Characterization is one of Sinclair's strengths.

This one was romantic suspense, so I found it more exciting than some of the previous books in the series. I really enjoyed how strong a heroine Lindsey turned out to be.

As always, Wen Ross and Kai Kennicott took the story to a higher level with their wonderful narration. They could even make me like a lesser story. This audiobook is the perfect storm of great storytelling and awesome narration.

This series ... oh my Gosh! I have loved it since page one of book one! Learning about deVries so awesome! What a man! Love the audio! Honestly the talent that Kai and Wen have is amazing !! 💜💜
