A book of poems.
Every now and then I flash back to a simpler time / Where pain was a stumped toe from a failed climb / Heartbreak was losing your best doll or toy train / Joy came from running and dancing out in the rain / Your best friend sat with you in the corner when caught / True love came from the heart and couldn't be bought / But then I open my eyes and look around at this world / I think somewhere along the way I may have lost that girl.
