Amazing narration!
The narrator is simply incredible! What a voice and such mastery of English and French and German and Italian. My first exposure to D H Lawrence. The story is very well told. The writing is dense; it gives you a great deal to think about.

Here a classic work that everybody believes they know is given a zesty and poignant performance that makes the complex intertwining relationships both enlivened and distinct
What other book might you compare Women in Love to, and why?
There is the feel of Virginia Woolf early novel Night and Day about it but really it stands in much murkier water
Which character – as performed by Wanda McCaddon – was your favourite?
Herminie....is both a monster and a delight.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
Oh for such luxury...
Any additional comments?
One of the best audio performances in my collection
