Publisher's summary

John Bunyan admitted he was one of the worst sinners to have ever lived. But after converting to Christianity, he was constantly amazed by the fact that God saved him from his wrongdoings. As a minister of the Gospel, he loved to proclaim the grace of God to sinners, and he earnestly persuaded them to embrace the Lord Jesus Christ.

Published in 1688, the year of his death, The Jerusalem Sinner Saved brings together the fruit of Bunyan's thoughts on the grace of forgiveness. With the warmth of a true evangelist, he beautifully reveals the riches of God's grace and mercy to the greatest of sinners.

The Heart of Christ Magnified!

What can be said about Bunyan that has not been said by countless others? He was (and still is, through his many works such as this), an incredibly accessible Puritan to read. If you struggle with guilt, shame, or if you have ever felt that you are beyond any hope of forgiveness, this book will be an great encouragement to your heart. If you feel like your past is checkered with regrets, or if you have ever struggled with forgiveness, I humbly invite you to open your ears, and your heart, to this wonderful treatment of the Heart of Christ.

Good

Good today as itv was written in the mid-1600d. I do like the other narrator (Simon) better but this narrator was good.

God can save anyone

Good reminder of how the apostles started their ministry among those who either killed Jesus or wanted him killed.

This, needs be heard afresh by churches of today

We have forgotten much of what the scriptures says regarding us. And certainly, we have forgotten the grace, and mercy, and goodness of GOD! Yea, we have forgotten GOD’s righteousness and gone about to establish our own, even pointing the lost to us instead of The Son of GOD! This book reminds us in a marvelously simple way. Well worth the reading!
