Transcends individual religions.

Even though this story is rooted in Christianity, it's transcendent moral of forgiveness, redemption and love is universal.

While it's purpose is to guide the listener, reader and all others who are exposed to it on how to live their lives and be a positive force for the future, it also harkens back some centuries to Aristotle's secular teachings on how to to live a 'good life'.

Truly a universal message that is good for all time.
