Fluffy BS Not Based on Anything Scientific
Terrible writer. It feels like an essay being written by a high school student trying to increase their essay word count, going on and on with very little real content. He backs up his "findings" with "I know, because it worked for me". The rare times he mentions science at all, he is very unspecific. Completely lacking in any credibility. Epitome of stereotypical self-help BS.
