Save Your Money !!

Don't bother spending your money on this audio book/VangoNotes - it is not remotely as detailed as the text book...I'm not even sure it really covers the material in the book at all. If you were to rely on the information in this audio text you would most certainly fail your culinary class -

I am a culinary instructor and am using Culinary Fundamentals as my text book. In hindsight I wish I had not choosen this particular text and had stayed with Oncooking by Sarah Labensky. Labensky's text is much more detail oriented and really aimes at education the novice culinary student. I purchased the VangoNotes for Culinary Fundamentals as a way to review the material myself and with the hopes of finding a tool to aid one of my students that has a learning/reading disability... no such luck -
