I've read a lot of stuff on leadership and management, and Kouzes and Posner's book is worth listening to—well organized, thoroughly researched and documented, with a lot of clearly defined main points and principles. The only thing I really don't care for is the narrator's voice. It's pleasant, but it's too uniform and detached from the material. It sounds like he's just reading the book, albeit well and clearly, but without any involvement in the content. And with a book like this, passion and involvement are real pluses.Contrast this presentation with anything by Stephen Covey (7 Habits), who writes and narrates his own books, and you'll hear what I mean.

Short and insightful, well narrated and pitched at the right level. Useful anecdotes are used to illustrate and enforce key points.
Definitely obe of the best book about leadership. An excellent piece of art. Highly recommend to anyone. I cannot stop listening it.
But a lot of repetition and BS-bingo ("you have to believe!" "Follow your heart!" "Do what you love!")
