As a young man stepping into his leadership roll within his church, this book is helping me do better. To not make so much the same mistakes as previous leadership. This book is so helpful in my growth that not only do I use it at my church but I used it in my every day life at home or at work.
I 100% believe this book to be a necessity for anyone who has found themselves in a leadership position or those who are called for such a roll.
