Over a third of Fortune magazine's "100 Best Companies to Work For" adhere to a principle called "servant leadership". James C. Hunter's runaway best seller The Servant introduced over a million readers around the world to this philosophy of leading through courage, compassion, and character. Now with The Servant Leadership Training Course, this acclaimed author teaches listeners immediate, practical techniques for applying the revolutionary principles of servant leadership to their working lives. How major corporations have turned servant leadership into increased morale, productivity, and profit; and what it means for your business
Learning to use influence instead of intimidation to achieve your goals, and much more
In the business world, the greatest leaders emerging today are the ones who have learned how to serve their employees, not command them. Why is there not a .pdf file included with the audible version?
AWESOME- loved it from the first minute.
It's very unusual in the self-help audio book to be entertained and sucked in... but I was from the first few minutes. I didn't want to have to turn it off.
His discussion on the ultimate servant leader and teacher, Jesus.
His personality and witty character. He's the "real deal."
I did chuckle a few times.
Could possibly use some editing - there have been a few places where I think he was meaning to use one word but used another, or repeated phrases or didn't seem very clear. It reduces the professionalism, but only by a margin. He has great delivery.
I wish there were worksheets or downloads to go with this!!
