Not anything of value

Totally pointless. This is nothing more than his leads he received every week for 30+ weeks. No informational at all on how to actually do it yourself. Totally pointless and the title is mis-leading since you will learn nothing. Definitely don't buy.

Also the author is so boring you will sleep through it all.

Misleading summary

What could Dan Howe have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

First of all I had to turn this book off after 2 hours because hearing "hear are the numbers" a thousand times was driving me nuts. This book is literally a book of all of his leads (how he aquired them, the location and if he made an offer). The only lesson to be learned here is that it takes a lot of time and effort to find a good deal.

Any additional comments?

Dan Howe has a podcast which I will gladly check out, but this book wasn't for me.
