Cialdini, I thought, did a great job explaining his four points of persuasion. I've listened to this lecture over and over. Excellent!

Fantastic details but difficult to listen to

I really enjoyed this. Excellent information. But it was difficult to listen to because it sounded like he was using a dictaphone.
