A great, basic primer.

The text is well-written and the narration, despite a few retakes, professionally executed.

If you're just starting, this book -- and it's sub- $5.00 price point, may be right for you. The high point, IMO, is the author treats both momentum and value investing fairly, not favoring (i.e., belittling) one over the other. Each approach is appropriate for either specific moments in a market's cycle, or specific individuals' temperaments.

If you've read either Trend Trading or The Intelligent Investor (Zweig edition), you'll find nothing new here. If you haven't, or are just curious about the subject, try this 60 minute book before devoting 10-20 hours of your life to the other two.
