Great synthesis of several trends that are making team successful in the modern workplace. What I like most about this book as that all of the trends are found in one book.

Great content for agile organizations.

The content was great. It provided principles to follow and stories of success. Agile mindset and management was the underlying theme. The narrator was a bit boring and I lost focus often so I had to listen in small chunks of time.
